From Yuga, I catch this blogging first: legal action against a blog (Don’t panic, it was only a matter of time). A QC RTC has ordered the PCIJto remove a blog post.
We’ll try to get more details before the necessary legal analysis and commentary.
Just one more thing before I sign off. I wasn’t aware of this article, wasn’t aware of the issue or Mr. Tiongco before this TRO. Now, online buzz on the matter will re-spawn and iterate. Talk about backfire.
